Chopped Pork BBQ ~ Carolina Style

Waiting for Godot...

Smoked/chopped pork bbq, tossed with Piedmont style sauce (Scotts) ... the sauce you see in the jar in the top picture is my homemade bastardized Piedmont sauce. I smoked 2 butts, and sauced one with Scotts and one with my homemade sauce. Both good ~ mine better. (g)

I've only tried to make sauce a few times and it's never as good as what I can buy, but I'm not surprised yours is best.

about the only sauce that i think i can make well is the piedmont style sauce. all others, i buy.

I've made the sauce just like you said. Folks say its the best they have ever had.
