New toy ~ on sale half price for $75 a couple weeks ago
This is one sweet little cooker ~ I fired it up today and smoked a coil of my homemade jalapeno sausage. It worked like a charm, and is the perfect size for most of the cooks that I do. I'll post some pics of the smoked sausage tomorrow.
