Chimichurri Shrimp Dip

Shrimps gently berled in beer & Zatarains, then drained and tossed in this chimichurri marinade to cool

After cooling and peeling

Chopped and drizzled with a lil' the chimichurri marinade

Folded into the dip mixture: cream cheese, sour cream & chimichurri sauce
