Pork Tenderloin

Hot out the skillet ~ homemade pork tenderloin, breaded & fried for sandwiches

Pork tender cutlets, pounded out & breaded ~ headed for the skillet. Breading made with crushed saltines and crushed corn chips.

Pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into different things ~ some butterflied, some chunks, etc.
