Creole Pork Chops ~ My Way

 Brined, seasoned with my house blend blackening seasoning and bronzed in the ol' Griswold
 Smothered with scratch made creole sauce (made with ripe homegrown tomatoes, the holy trinity/roasted & some chopped mustard greens
 Baked tender - pan sauce tightened wit a lil' blonde butter roux
Plated serving wit a lil' buttered rice & creole gravy
